Question 1

What does NovaMac do?

Accepted Answer

NovaMac is a Polish company with Apple Technical Partner status. We deploy Apple in organizations, manage Mac, iPhone and iPad fleets (MDM, Apple Business), support users through our own NovaSupport system, automate IT and administrative processes, and provide IT outsourcing.

Question 2

Is NovaMac part of Apple?

Accepted Answer

No. NovaMac is an independent technology company with Apple Technical Partner status — a company recommended by Apple for professional deployments of Apple technology in organizations. We are not an Apple Store or an Apple Premium Reseller.

Question 3

Which companies is this for?

Accepted Answer

For organizations that have, or want to have, Apple devices — whether that is 3 devices or 300. We help with the first Mac, with moving a whole company to Apple, and with ongoing management of a large fleet.

Question 4

Can Macs work in a company that runs Windows?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Apple doesn't have to replace Windows — it can work alongside it. We introduce the Mac as an employee choice and design a hybrid environment where both platforms run on one shared infrastructure.

Question 5

What is zero-touch Mac deployment?

Accepted Answer

With Apple Business, Automated Device Enrollment and MDM, a new Mac reaches the employee already configured with security settings, Wi-Fi and apps. They open it, sign in and start working — no trip to IT and no manual setup.

Question 6

Is Apple Business paid?

Accepted Answer

The core features of Apple Business are free. NovaMac handles the rollout, integration with an MDM system and day-to-day management of the environment.

Question 7

What does working with NovaMac look like?

Accepted Answer

An audit of your current infrastructure, a design of the target environment, a pilot, the rollout, taking over management, user support through NovaSupport, and then automating the next manual processes.

Question 8

What does monthly Apple fleet management include?

Accepted Answer

Device management and MDM, user support in NovaSupport, employee onboarding and offboarding, updates, security policies, app deployment, inventory, configuration changes, coordinating device replacement and reporting — across the whole device lifecycle, from purchase to recovery or recycling.

Question 9

What is NovaSupport?

Accepted Answer

NovaSupport is our own ticketing tool built for supporting Apple fleets. Employees report problems and requests there (e.g. Wi-Fi issues, a new app, a device replacement) and the NovaMac team takes them through to resolution — in one place instead of an email inbox.

Question 10

Which MDM do you work with?

Accepted Answer

All the popular ones: Jamf, Mosyle, Kandji, Microsoft Intune and others. We pick the MDM that fits the company's size, budget and existing infrastructure, integrate it with Apple Business and take over day-to-day management.

Question 11

Do you integrate Apple with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We connect Apple Business and MDM with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, set up SSO (including Platform SSO) and MFA, and automate user account creation — employees sign in to their Mac with the same account they use for other company services.

Question 12

Do you handle large fleets?

Accepted Answer

Yes — from a few devices to fleets of 500+ Macs, iPhones and iPads. Zero-touch deployment, security policies (including FileVault), automatic app installation and fleet reporting work the same regardless of scale.

Question 13

Is support remote only?

Accepted Answer

No. The NovaSupport helpdesk works remotely and on-site across Poland, and we respond to tickets fast.

Question 14

Do you help move from Windows to Mac?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We migrate employees from Windows to Mac — accounts, data, apps and settings — and can also introduce the Mac alongside Windows as an option for employees who want it.

Question 15

What qualifications does NovaMac have?

Accepted Answer

NovaMac holds Apple Technical Partner status (the program formerly known as the Apple Consultants Network), and the team is Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certified.

Question 16

How much does Apple device management cost?

Accepted Answer

Ongoing management is billed monthly per device: from PLN 16 per Mac, from PLN 9 per iPad and from PLN 7 per iPhone. Rollout is quoted once, after we learn your infrastructure — book a consultation or write to partner@novamac.pl.
